How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each item is made after purchase, production typically takes 5 to 7 business days before shipping begins. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually adds another 2 to 5 business days. We know the wait requires a little patience, but the result is a product made just for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

We can usually accommodate changes to size, color, or custom details if you contact us within 48 hours of ordering. Once your item enters production, modifications are no longer possible. If you need to make a change, please reach out to us as soon as you can so we can do our best to help.
